The product, in the report: CREE Soft White LED 65W Replacement BR30 Flood
A CREE BR30 light bulb separated from its base and fell from the ceiling onto my kitchen floor. I found the light bulb by stepping on it and hearing a crunching sound. I was wearing shoes at the time, so not injured. The bulb is broken from hitting the floor, but most glass is contained in a plastic outer coating of the bulb. Nevertheless, seems there is a problem with the glue used to hold the bulb and the base together.
