The product, in the report: CBConcept Brand Halogen Light Bulb, 50 watt, frosted, G9, 120v sold as a ten pack from Amazon.com
I purchased a set of ten “CBConcept Brand Halogen Light bulbs (50 watt, frosted, G9, 120V) from Amazon.com for my 4-Light Allen & Roth kitchen chandelier model#34418 (sold by Lowes). I used two of the ten bulbs between 2014 and 2015. In this same period of time, I have experienced two explosions that have sent shards of glass flying in four directions from the light fixture. I have removed the light fixture and replaced it with a non-halogen alternative. Thankfully, no one was injured in either incident.
