  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made May 6, 2026, sent to the company May 11, 2026, published by CPSC May 26, 2026

The product, in the report: UNICOO Bamboo Height Adjustable Kids Kitchen Step Stool, Kids Learning Stool, Toddlers Stool, Toddler Standing Tower, Safe Step Stool for 1-5 Years Old Kids, Counter Step (M2.5-Antique Oak) 15”D x 15.7”W x 35”H

Purchased the UNICOO Bamboo Height Adjustable Kids Kitchen Step Stool. Assembled per the manufacturer directions. My 34lb 2.5yr old attempted to climb into the tower by placing his hand on the round top bar and stepping on the first step and it started to tip back on him. Thankfully I was able to immediately catch the tower and stabilize it. The base is too narrow and can easily be tipped back over. Very unsafe design.
