3-year old child was standing on step stool when leg of stool broke throwing child to the floor. Child weighs 30 lbs. and was not misusing the stool in any way. Stool is “Step Stool, 1 piece” distributed byTien Hsing Int’l Trading Co Ltd, Hong Kong and sold by Target. SKU is 4 893948 907298. Child suffered mild contusion to left arm; avoided hitting head on cabinets or floor by pire luck.
