First aid Made Apr 28, 2015, sent to the company May 5, 2015, published by CPSC May 19, 2015
The product, in the report: Polder 90401-05CS two step stepstool
A Polder step ladder (model 90401-0CS) pinched my finger while I attempted to close it.
I believe that this design is flawed since its method of closure risks this pinch injury and is inherently unsafe.

Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 30, 2012, sent to the company Aug 10, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 24, 2012
The product, in the report: two step folding stool
Polder 90401 Mini-Step stool. The stool has a plactic handle which one uses to pick up the step stool when it is closed. The metal is sharp and the plastic handle breaks. The step stool fell on my foot. It injured my foot. A very poorly designed handle. I’m sure this happens all the time with this step stool.
