Weve owned this product for about 18 months without issue, but today our 24 month old was using the kitchen helper against a counter on a hardwood floor. He reached for something on the counter, and the helper tower slid backwards and fell forward, all the way to the floor. His foot was trapped in the gap between the platform and the board that doubles as a chalkboard. His foot is bruised badly.
