Had product for roughly one year. We’ve noticed that the top part of the stool has become loose over time, and have used Allen wrenches to retighten. Yesterday 12/27, my child was using the stool in our kitchen when the top back piece Came off and he fell from the stool onto the hard floor. He suffered a small laceration to his right eyebrow and a bruise/goose egg to the left eyebrow due to hitting the bottom step of the stool before landing on the floor.
