No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 26, 2026, sent to the company Sep 2, 2026, published by CPSC Sep 17, 2026
The product, in the report: Harppa Nordi in Black.
My son was using his toddler tower and he pulled off the safety bar with ease. The tower is the Harppa Nordi, which was recently recalled for an unrelated reason. Thankfully, I was standing right next to him the whole time, so he was not injured. If I was not standing next to him, he easily could’ve fallen off the platform since the bar was keeping him enclosed. We have been using this product daily for about eight months. I have noticed that the safety bar becomes loose over the course of several weeks and I have tightened it multiple times before. However, yesterday, when my son managed to remove the safety bar, I noticed that the screws had completely stripped the wood on both ends of the safety bar.

The product, in the report: Harppa Nordi folding toddler tower, the product has no labeling
My 22 month old toddler was using the Harppa Nordi folding toddler tower this morning. She was leaning backwards against the crossbar when the crossbar became detached from the tower, causing her to fall backwards out of the tower. She hit her head against a wall although fortunately we did not need to seek medical attention.
