Hurt, no treatment Made Jul 15, 2026, sent to the company Jul 21, 2026, published by CPSC Aug 4, 2026
The product, in the report: Cosyland wooden toddler tower, bought on Amazon on November 30 2024. The Amazon page is now not loading
My 14 month old son was using his Cosyland toddler tower in our kitchen when it tipped over as he reached. At the last second, my husband dove and caught the baby about 6 inches from the ground. If my baby hit his head on the hardwood while being trapped in that tower, it would have been the hospital or worse.

No one hurt Made Jan 21, 2026, sent to the company Jan 26, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 12, 2026
The product, in the report: COSYLAND Toddler Standing Tower Adjustable Height - Super Stable Toddler Kitchen Stool Helper - 3 Levels Adjustable Wooden Kids Kitchen Stool (Natural & White)
We bought the COSYLAND Toddler Standing Tower Adjustable Height off Amazon for my son. My son is ably to pick up the backing wall where then child can come in and out of and let himself in and out. The steps are not wide enough to get down from so he fell 3-4 feet. Additionally the slot is to big and a child can slip out of this.
