The product, in the report: Avenlur Date 4-in-1 Foldable Kitchen Tower - Toddler Step Stool with Chalkboard, Desk Table and Chair - Waldorf and Montessori Kitchen Stool - Kitchen Stool Tower for Toddlers 18 Months to 6 Years
My 2 and 1/2 year-old child fell and hurt herself while standing on a this toddler tower stool. Specifically, the Avenlur date foldable kitchen tower stool. She simply leaned over a little far to the right while she was standing on it at the counter and the whole thing tipped with her in it. We thought it was an isolated event, but she tried to climb onto it again and it tipped easily when she leaned over. But now we have moved the tower outside to the garage so no one can get on it. I feel uncomfortable even putting it on the curb for the public to take because I dont want any other children to injure themselves. This tower is lightweight, shaky and unstable. It tips easily and is very dangerous for any child. Other similar toddler towers are much heavier and will not tip like this one does.
