The product, in the report: Frontgate 3 Step Slimline Ladder
While standing on the top step of my Frontgate, 3 Step Slimline Ladder, the hand rail broke/ snapped off in my hand, causing me to fall. I purchased my ladder from Frontgate in January of 2012. I fear that other aging ladders may also be defective and cause serious injury to anyone using them. I have pictures of the broken ladder and would be happy to forward them.
