The product, in the report: 7’10”x10’6” Fashion Patterned Area Rug Item #: 412587 at Stoneberry.com Soho

I purchased a faux rug (app. 8x10’) from Stoneberry.com. I purchased the rug in June and due to a backorder it was shipped in August. I had the rug in my home for a little over 30 days. In the past week or so I began feeling dizzy spells, heart palpitations, extremely dry mouth & throat (to the point of being unquenchable), & shortness of breath. I seriously thought I was suffering from high blood pressure or having a heart attack! I began to test my blood pressure & found that it was not the actual problem. I even tested my blood sugar to be sure. I have never had a problem with either blood pressure or high blood sugar & discovered this was not the problem. It was only after laying on the rug to pet my dog that I realized a pretty strong kerosene type odor from the rug. The symptoms continued to be a problem for over a week and then I thought it could be the rug. I removed the rug from my home. It is now on my front porch. Although it has only been removed for 24 hours, I have not experience the symptoms I have felt for over a week now as of yet. I truly feel this rug has poisoned me and my family. I have requested a refund on this product, but have not had time to hear back from Stoneberry. I truly do not want anyone else to end up with this terribly dangerous product. I do not know what to do about it or how to have it tested. Please help me. I have never dealt with this situation before. Thank you!
