The product, in the report: Simplehuman Triple Wall Mount Pump material: stainless steel capacity: 15 fl. oz. each sku: BT1029 dimensions: 12.6” w x 9.6” h x 3.7” d https://www.simplehuman.com/products/wall-mount-pump-triple?variant=30245381210243
I’ve had issues with the Simplehuman Triple Wall Mount Soap Pump. I mounted it to my shower tile according to the directions, cleaning the surface and allowing 24 hours for the adhesive to set and within a couple days, it fell while my son was taking a bath. I contacted customer service about this, and their response was to send a new backing plate because that was the only part that seemed to sustain any damage.
I tried with the new plate, and within one day, it fell again while my son was taking a bath. This is not only frustrating because I’ve found Simplehuman products to be very well made otherwise, but also because it could have hurt my son. And now I’m loathe to contact customer service again because I don’t want another backing plate that doesn’t work and is downright dangerous.
