The product, in the report: Safe Step Tub 2022 version. White. Walk in tub - https://www.safesteptub.com/products/walk-in-tub/

When we first got our Safe Step Tub we had problems with the drain, after a lot of fighting with the company it was finally “fixed” as of June 30 2024, the drain is STUCK to the point where we can not drain the tub and had to figure out a way to get my 80 year old father out of the tub safely. It was anything but safe. This is an ongoing issue with Safe Step which they do not seem to want to address.
