The product, in the report: Munchkin baby bath mat polka dot colors white vase

Munchkin baby bath mat with the colored polka dots on it. My child was taking a bath and was able to pulled off a colored polka dot. We caught it before the baby put it in the mouth. This was a hand me down, but gently used before we got it. I’m sure people watch their kids in the tub but even if this thing is laying around they can losen the polka dots.
