Hello,
I purchased a tub strainer from WAlmart and it failed in a such a way that it poses a severe laceration hazard. The unit I purchased is made of stainless steel which is an upgrade from the standard plastic models that Tub Shroom makes. After a couple weeks of use, the top of the unit fell off exposing a razor sharp stainless steel screen. IF someone was to step on this screen in the shower it would cause a deep circular cut. I will attach pictures of the defect if your site allows.
