The product, in the report: HOME DEPOT:Glacier-Bay-6-Spray-Wall-Bar-Raincan-Showerhead-with-6-Spray-Handshower-in-Brushed-Nickel-8654252HC/306863429
Home Depot Glacier Bay-6-Spray-Wall-Bar-Raincan-Showerhead-with-6-Spray-Handshower. Showerhead installed by contractor during a renovation of our bathroom. A few weeks ago I contacted Home Depot requesting information on the screwdriver needed for the above shower head as multiple leaks had developed. Yesterday 10-7-23 as I was showering, the complete showerhead and attached spray head popped off the pipe and hit me in the head. I have also notified Home Depot of what I think are design flaws. Home Depot never responded to my question and it is still listed on the website without an answer. The attached bar is held on by an adhesive that FAILS repeatedly, there are multiple complaints on the website. The screws on the showerhead are not able to be tightened. Yesterday when the showerhead came off, I found that a plastic white o-ring cracked and the silver colored PLASTIC attachment to the pipe had also cracked.
