The product, in the report: 60”X36” Shower Base Pan
On 07/24/2020 I purchased a 60”X 36” shower Pan, with a squared center drain cap, underneath the cap encased in plastic were 4 round small magnets that kept the cap in place, over time, after many showers stepping on the cap the plastic that kept them in place deteriorate and the magnets started to rust therefor, making the cap slide under your feet in the wet shower making it dangerously difficult to move around in the shower in fear of falling. I called the manufacturer and explained my situation and asked them if I could get a replacement cap, their customer service said that they do not sell parts for this shower pan and that I needed to buy a new shower pan. (note) I had just remodeled my bath room using this shower pan that cost me $182.11 at Lowe’s, now they want me to Ripp up my bath room Shower floor, that cost thousands of dollars to install just for a drain cap. I also contacted Lowe’s customer Care, at: 800-445-6937/ Their Case Number is: [REDACTED].
