The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Oct 7, 2022, sent to the company Nov 2, 2022, published by CPSC Nov 17, 2022

The product, in the report: Shower

The consumer indicates that the first time she used her shower she fell in it but she attributed the fall to being tired even though it did not feel leveled but more like a waterbed. The following week a handyman needed to step into the shower to install some tiles and he fell in it as well as the floor had moved. The consumer has already fell three times in it.

The consumer contacted the builder however they indicated that they would not be assisting her after initially saying they would.

The consumer states that the shower is used every two days because she does not feel safe using it.

The consumer plans on keeping the shower for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.

NOTE: The consumer indicates her home is brand new and the product was purchased through a builder hence she does not have retailer information.
