The product, in the report: Ace Hardware Living Accents® Deluxe Bath Mat (6116578)
I purchased an Ace Hardware Living Accents® Deluxe Bath Mat (6116578) from Breed & Company in Austin, Texas, on November, 17 2010.
I used this mat for nine months, in a porcelain-over-cast iron bathtub. Even new, this mat always required extraordinary effort to make certain its suction cups were secure. Last night, after patting it down to make sure it was stuck securely to the tub, it slipped out from under me and I fell.
I repoted this incident to the retailer in person, and to Ace Hardware through their website.
Sincerely, [REDACTED] Austin, Texas
