My name is [REDACTED], management at [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].. In pass six months we’ve purchased four set of 60” x 57 3/8” , 1/4” clear glass shower door from Sunny Shower USA Inc. Located at 12353 Rush St. Souisth El Monte CA 91733. After four set of the shower door we had done correct installed and ordinary use by client. Serious safety issue occurred. The glass panel was off the track and fell down. The broken glass made my client injure. Each time that incident happen, we had urgent notify to Sunny Shower door , and suggest to starting probosces the investigation of the product. But never has response from them. Due to safety issue and protect my customer,we need to report to relate dept.
