The product, in the report: Frameless glass shower made from tempered glass. Product was manufactured and installed by shower enclosures direct.
One panel of our frameless shower spontaneously exploded. The explosion knocked down the adjacent panel as well which fell, and shattered to the floor. The unshattered panel destroyed several tiles as well as the bathtub. The shattered panel sprayed glass everywhere.
