The product, in the report: Frameless Shower Glass Pane

The consumer indicates that she was showering for approximately five minutes when the shower pane exploded. The explosion was such that pieces of glass landed on the shower and bathroom floors, and reached her bedroom and closet from under the bathroom door. The consumer notes that at the time of the explosion, she was not touching the shower pane.

The consumer received about seven lacerations to both feet, legs, and her left arm ranging in sizes less than one centimetre.

The consumer has been unable to reach the Manufacturer and when she contacted the retailer to see if they could assist with contact information, she was informed that they are not obligated to provide their business contacts.

The consumer states that the shower pane is located on a main bathroom and used multiple times daily.

The consumer is unsure if she will keep the remainder of the shower door since the pane is no longer there for at least the next thirty days.
