The product, in the report: Quarter inch Old Castle tempered glass 24” X 70” inches shower door.

    To Whom It May Concern,

My wife woke-up on the morning of 1/16/14, and attempted to shower. While showering the tempered glass shower door manufactured by old castle shattered upon her! Not only did we have a large mess to clean-up, but my wife has lacerations all over her feet, and legs while standing in the shower. I have sent pictures of the incident to the company, however they are unwilling to resolve the issue with cost to us!

    Sincerely,

    [REDACTED]
