The product, in the report: MAAX Olympia Pentangle http://www.maax.com/en/products/showers/new/olympia-pentangle

this morning around 2am we heard a loud crash/shattering sound. It was our glass enclosure to our shower unit (MAAX Olympia Pentangle). It had exploded into a million pieces. I have a 3yr old and 1yr old and I can’t imagine if this had happened while one of them were in the room. In my research I have done this isn’t the first time this happens with this company’s products and feel its important to report such events. It is also important to note that this shower was only used a handful of times as its in our in-law apartment which isn’t occupied.
