The product, in the report: sliding glass shower door, frameless, style of glass - rain. Manufactured by Daiek Shower Doors, Troy, MI
We recently had our bathroom remodeled. We had new sliding shower doors installed. The doors were called “frameless” and the style of glass was called “rain”. The doors were installed by [REDACTED] . in Wyandotte, MI. The doors were manufactured by Daiek Shower Doors in Troy, MI. On September 20, 2014, my husband had just finished taking a shower and was wiping down the shower door when it exploded. Luckily it was safety glass, but he had numerous small cuts over his arms, legs and feet and a couple of pretty deep lacerations on his hand. None required emergency care, but the deeper cuts took several weeks to heal. There was glass and blood everywhere. Luckily none of the glass went into his eye.
