The product, in the report: hinged glass shower door
(11/3/2018) The submitter’s wife was in the shower sitting on the shower bench. She was waiting for the water to get hot. About five minutes later as she stood up to hang up the shower head, the shower door exploded. She received small lacerations from the glass on her back.
The submitter’s wife was taken to the Medical Center of Aurora to make sure there were no small pieces of glass in her back.
