The product, in the report: Glass Shower Door
American Glass & Mirror installed a double shower glass door. Fourteen months later, wright before I went to bed I heard a popcorn noise in the shower. When I looked in the bathroom the shower glass door was completely in pieces. Luckily no one was inside or near the shower, there was glass everywhere!
I contacted American Glass & Mirror ([REDACTED]) and discussed the issue with our shower glass door and asked if they had some sort of warranty. His reply was that they did not warranty any type of glass and no discounts toward a new glass door. Supposedly there glass manufacturer AGALITE had no recalls or issues with there glass.
Before I cleaned everything up I decided to take pictures and video for backup.
