The product, in the report: Ove Decors Sydney frameless chrome sliding shower doors
In the shower when glass door exploded. Glass came down on my right arm and hit an artery that nearly caused me to bleed out. We called 911 and had to tourniquet the arm and apply pressure while waiting on the ambulance. They estimate that I lost 1/3 of my blood. . At the ER they immediately had to stitch the artery and then leave the rest of the wound open to X-ray for glass. It also severed my left thumb to the bone that required several stitches. They stitched my arm with 16 stitches and kept me in the ER for around 8 or more hours to give me Ivs and keep monitoring my blood pressure because it was very low.
