The product, in the report: Power Generator

I purchased Polaris gas generator at Powers Sport Warehouse on 08/25/2019. On 08/26/2019 I pick the unit at the store. On 08/28/2019 I start the new unit by the first time. Upon the unit was start by second time on 08/28/2019, the unit caught fire with a total lost of the unit and several damages to my house. I contacted the sales man the same day. No answer was obtained from the firm. On 8/29/2019 I went to Power Sport to notify in person the incident and get a resolution with the defective unit. The firm keep the unit on a second visit to them. I tried several times to obtained a feedback and a resolution, but the firm didn’t provide any feedback or resolution. I file an incident with the Puerto Rico Police and also a formal complaint with DACO.
