  1. No one hurt

Made Aug 29, 2013, sent to the company Sep 9, 2013, published by CPSC Sep 23, 2013

The product, in the report: Aurora Open Frame Diesel Generator

Purported to be new Aurora Diesel Generator developed a pin hole leak in high pressure fuel line spraying diesel fuel on engine, on alternator, and on the ground. This could have very easily ignited and caught fire. This occurred after approximately 14 hours of operation.

These units often operate unattended. I was lucky I caught the problem quickly.
