The product, in the report: Willow Point 8 Drawer Dresser
We purchased this nice looking large size dresser and only a few days after it arrived, we were putting laundry away in it. Because it was new, we couldn’t remember what was in each drawer so we began to open all the drawers. At the point where we opened the 7th (of 8) dresser drawer, the dresser immediately tipped over and landed on top of my 5 year old who right in front of it. It is important to note, no one was pulling on or climbing on the dresser. It was simply sitting there with clothes in it and drawers being opened. I retested it over and over again and the same thing happened. I moved it to a different spot and same thing. Yes, we had not yet installed a tip guard b/c it had just arrived, but I also don’t think a dresser should tip from normal use! Be careful if you have this because we got lucky that our daughter wasn’t killed!
