    In June 2019 I received an email about a recall on an Amazon purchase I made in 2016. The dresser did fall over multiple times and the drawers were broken in multiple places. I called about the recall on a 3-drawer dresser and requested the return kit for a refund. I got the packet, sent away the drawer side rails, but I have not received anything back since. Did I miss the check in the mail?

    We have completely put together this dresser. Upon beginning to use the dresser, the drawers continuously fall out of the tracks, cause every drawer to fall repeatedly down until they are all out of trac. I spent a bunch of money money on these dressers for this to happen. If we need to pull out a clothing item we are continuously getting our fingers smashed and sometimes toes when the drawer falls completely out.

    I was putting my 3 year old daughter to bed and she went to pick out her own cloth. She opened the middle (of 3 drawers) and the top drawer came with it. I then saw her hit the floor and the dresser and tv began to fall. I jumped over her and let the dresser land on me. luckily the TV missed her head and she was fine but I never thought the dresser could tip that easily. I have the tag from the dresser if you need it. I never knew there was a place to go to report this.
