The product, in the report: Color hazelnut it is called the retro dresser by simply nursery.

I purchased a crib and dresser for my new born from Simply Nursery. The pieces arrived damaged. They sent new ones that were still not great but my baby was due in a couple eeeks and I needed to get things set up. Fast forward 3 months and the dresser with changing table has a leg snap. They told me it was my fault. I quote We have sold tens of thousands of Retro dressers over the years and have only encountered this type of damage when the furniture is moved improperly, which can cause similar issues to those shown in your pictures.

To avoid such problems, please avoid moving or hauling the dresser by its feet or corners, as this can lead to damage.

They sent me a replacement part. When I took the part out it was broken very similarly to my dresser leg before. They told me I caused the issue yet a part to replace the broken part arrived broke in the same place. I asked them to send me a new different dresser. I asked them to send me a new dresser. I just asked them to send me new pieces that would not be broken. Instead they told me it was my fault and the proceeded to send me more broken pieces. They will not respond back in a timely manner, and they will not actually work with me on the issue at hand. The dresser is under warranty and yet they still will not work with me. Im worried about my son being near the dresser, especially as he gets older and bumping into it as clearly its unsafe and could potentially crush him. They will not listen.I cannot change his diaper on the changing table on top of the dresser any longer as Im worried it will collapse. I cant even reassemble the new legs because one of them is broken.
