The product, in the report: Neasa Solid Wood Armoire Desk by Breakwater Bay Color: Soft White Purchased from Wayfair.com

July 10 we received a cabinet that we ordered from Wayfair. Its purpose was to a computer cabinet for my husband’s computer. It came assembled. When we unpacked it, we noticed a scent, but we thought it was from the packaging and it would dissipate. It was delivered at 10 am that morning. By evening, it had not dissipated. We opened three or four windows and already had out ceiling fan running. The smell continued for days. I started noticing that I was getting headaches almost every day which was unusual. My husband began having what we though was a severe allergy attack. After the second week, we went on vacation. While at the beach, all our symptoms disappeared. When we returned that first week of August, my husband’s terrible allergies returned within hours. The smell had filled the house while we were away. We returned on a Saturday evening. By Tuesday, I was starting to have the terrible allergies too, my headaches had returned and my 13 year started complaining of having bad allergies. We all continued to get worse. We bought an air purifier next day in the middle of the week and while it helped us, it did not resolve the problem. We put the cabinet outside Saturday morning and by the afternoon, our sinuses had cleared. I did not have a headache that evening. I have reported this to Wayfair, but I want someone to know that this product has the potential to do this to others. I am pretty sure that it was mass produced.
