The product, in the report: Ikea Brown Ikea Hopen 4 Drawer Dresser

Heres what happened: on 3/26/2025, around 6:30 am, my daughter who slept next to me woke me up and said she heard some weird noise. At first, it sounded like a mouse was eating something inside the wall based on the direction where the sound came from. Then I turned on the light, and realized the noise was from the glass of one of the dressers that was slowly cracking. I used tape to tape the outside of the glass to prevent it from shattering out onto the carpet. We got two dressers and two nightstands and bed frame as a set from Ikea. This is a safety hazard. I’m glad no small kids near the dressers around that time. I contacted on this issue a few times via email and their website chat, but they didn’t want to do anything about. Therefore, I would like to report it to you so that everyone knows about the safety hazard of this product. Although this is an older model, I believe there are a lot of people are still using them. I hope you can do something about it before someone get hurt. Thank you.
