The product, in the report: custom glass to fit a new desk for protection of the desk. ordered from fabglassandmirror online.

upon receiving custom glass top for desk as protector, we unwrapped box; glass looked good, intact. we lifted glass together, it was not heavy, keeping corner protectors on; we took a few steps and it exploded in our hands. it went down and to the left so far under the door into the next room about 6 feet. it did not go in front, behind or to the right. I have video of glass shattered. nothing or no one hit the glass or affected it that we were aware of.
