The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Davinci Kalani 4-drawer dresser
The barrel nuts holding the dresser drawer fronts can loosen and fall out. In spite of my tightening the barrel nuts about once a week, the top drawer front fell off after a few weeks of use. When the drawer front fell off, one of the barrel nuts fell out of the side of the drawer and onto the floor. I have two concerns about this furniture (which is sold as a dresser for babies and young children): 1) The drawer front could injure a child when it falls off of the dresser and 2) The barrel nuts are a choking hazard.
