The product, in the report: Baby Cache Vienna – Espresso – 6 Drawer Dresser, Model Number 2306-ESP
We ordered the Baby Cache Vienna furniture line, and the company has had many quality issues with our order. We are getting ready to return our second dresser, second night stand and third changing table for replacement. The reason for this report is due to our second dresser having what appeared to be mold growing on the felt dresser drawers and on the entire back of the furniture. When we took the drawers out to clean them, we noticed the inside of the dresser also had the same white spots on the inside. We spent about two hours cleaning the spots off by wiping with a rag.
We purchased the furniture from Buy Buy Baby, and they have been unsuccessful at getting the manufacturer (Parent company Heritage Baby Products LLC, Piscataway, NJ 08854, dba Baby Cache), to respond to our concerns. We have also left two messages with the manufacture, and have not received a response. This furniture has been in our house for a week, so we are very concerned that this is mold, especially because my wife is pregnant and this dresser is going into our baby’s bedroom.
