The product, in the report: Durabrand DVD Player

I noted a strong smell of hot or burning plastic coming from the unit as well as an audible beeping sound. The red power light indicator flashed with the emission of the sound. The top of the unit was hot to the touch and upon turning the unit over I saw warped, sagging plastic that was extreemly hot. I immediately unplugged the unit.
