Hurt, care not known Made Oct 2, 2015, sent to the company Oct 13, 2015, published by CPSC Nov 3, 2015
The product, in the report: Roku 2 remote - rectangular, black with dimensions approximately 5”x1.5”x0.75” -12 buttons - 7 black, 2 purple, one each with sling, amazon, netflix and r’dio on it. - Purple tag on the bottom with “Roku” printed in white
My infant son got hold of the remote for our Roku 2 and was able to rip the buttons out of it and gagged on them. I was able to clear his mouth. The same thing happened two more times when we left the remote within reach on our television stand. In all he removed 8 of the 12 buttons.
