The product, in the report: LectroFan White Noise Rechargeable Sound Machine
My son’s sound machine was plugged into the wall outlet behind his dresser. An item fell behind his dresser and knocked the plug out of the wall. However, the metal prongs remained in the outlet, along with a plastic piece that held them together. Although I was able to pry the plastic from the outlet, getting the prongs out with it, it was a potential shock danger, especially if my son had tried to remove the prongs from the outlet! Since then, I am unable to unplug the sound machine without the metal plug prongs remaining in the outlet.
