  1. No one hurt

Made Dec 21, 2015, sent to the company Jan 7, 2016, published by CPSC Jan 22, 2016

The product, in the report: Polaroid 32 inch television. Flat screen LCD. It is black and grey

My daughter was in her room watching television, and she yelled to my wife and I that smoke was coming out of her television. We ran upstairs and unplugged it. It was very hot and smelled like it was burning. I looked online and realized that Polaroid televisions have had this problem and that there was a class action lawsuit because Polaroid failed to inform the public of these issues. I am very upset that this happened and want some answers.
