The product, in the report: LG 40 inc TV , Black Model 43UM6910PUA

I purchased this television 2019 from the Wheaton Maryland Best Buy Store. After attaching the legs per manufacture instruction and parts enclosed in the box, I notice that the screws were going in circles and would not tighten, along the looked short, I called Best Buy and was told the parts in the box was correct and if I still have problems to take it in so they can take a look. As weeks went by, I notice that the television was leaning forward and the legs was wobbly, I call Best Buy and was advised to reach out to LG which I did, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL WAS VERY DIFFICUL UNDERSTANDING THE LANGUGE AND THE PERSON WAS HAVE DIFFICULTIE UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH. As I was not getting anywhere with the issues, I then went to Best Buy with the television and was told I did not purchase the extended warranty and they were unable to make an exchange and they try screwing the legs. I do have all the social media records with LG on this matter was NEVER taken seriously. Since this was a television for my bedroom and I did not used often, other things in my life and COVID-19 arrived, not until I was sitting on the floor in front of the television November 2020 and next thing, I felt is a television on my head, as pictures showing where the television hit my head crack and my head left with a swollen and badly bruised. Soon after I was in so much shock I reach out to my doctor’s office and since I had an appointment schedule for my route checkup, my doctor was able to check my head and refer to a specialist since the persistent headache and sleepless nights. I was told that I have major concussion and treated for that, along with the emotional distress cause by this trauma, I reached out to LG customer service and (POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY INFROMATION TO THEM I WAS SAYING THE TELEVISION FELL ON MY HEAD AND I HAVE INJUIRE, AND THEY TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL MAIL OUT NEW LEGS. I was able to get LG phone number online and the person that helped me, was able to have a customer service reach out to me by phone and email, I sent all document included pictures. I deceived to lookup the reviews on LG Television Legs comments and I WAS SADDEN TO LEARN THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH LG, AND NOTHING IS BEING DO. I HAVE SENT THOSE COMPLAINTS AND VIDEO’S. What I find very disheartening when I received a call from [REDACTED] LG Team Manager “Quote” HE HAS A 65 INCH TV WITH THE SAY LEGS AND IF YOU DONT TOUCH IT IT WILL BE FINE” WHAT WAS MY RESPONSE “QUOTE BY [REDACTED] YOU SHOULD HAD SAFE GUARD THE TV. WHAT A INRESPONSABLE RESPONSE FROM A MANAGER FROM A COMPANY SUCH AS LG, WHO SHOULD MANUFACTIO SAFE PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS, AND AFTER RECEIVING MANY INJUIERS COMPLAINT YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE NUMBER TO GET RESOLVED. Soon after I received a called from [REDACTED] who arranged to have an engineered to come to my home and look at the television, I AM STILL WAITING ON THE RESULT. I find the LG (CREATING A BETTER LIFE WITH CUSTOMERS) NO NEGLIGENCE, is what have done to me and many others, is. I have attached many complaints file regarding these television legs and lg took no responsibility of changing and make this product safe. My suffer may be long term and lg, must make this right before more customer dies or have injury such as myself. My life since the injury I wasn’t able to work, my activity and other important things in my life, cannot get proper treatment due to the COVID-19 rules, have added. I have head pain included my eyes; this I have to live with.
