The product, in the report: DISH TV Receiver

I had the TV on and was cleaning in my house when I heard some thing different, like a fire. I went into the living room when I saw that the DISH receiver box was on fire! It had flames 2-3 inches high coming out of it. I could NOT get the 4 cables and the plug out of the wall fast enough so I started blowing at the fire and finally I blew it out! I was shaking and extremely upset, my whole house could have burned if I was just in shower, my bedroom or not home at all!!! The folks at DISH said that they had never heard of this; but, agreed to send another receiver box for $15.00 for the shipping fee. I think that is dangerous and would like to see something done so this doesn’t happen again. Thank you.
