The product, in the report: Access HD digital converter box
We purchased a convertor box from AccessHD. Apparantly the box has a history of getting extremely hot. The company wants a credit card number to have the box returned for investigating the problem. If no problem is found, they charge the card $25. We have another convertor box identical to this one and have no problems with it. We only want to have this one exchanged.
