The product, in the report: SAMSUNG CLX-4195FW multicolor function printer tan bottom and black top

The product that I’m writing to you about is my SAMSUNG All in One Laser Printer. The model number is CLX-4195FW. The unit keeps getting jammed in the exit door area of the paper which is also the heating element area. The paper gets jammed and causing it to burn around the heating element. I believed this is a fire hazard. The unit was repaired back in January of this year for the same issue. On 29 May 14, this jam and burnt paper happen again. I contacted the manufactory SAMSUNG and advised them of the situation. I believe this a design flaw in in this unit. I unplugged the unit after I saw smoke coming from the exit door area and removed burnt paper but some was still caught in this area. I believe this need to be investigated. I can submit pictures or make the unit available for your inspection.
