Purchased a laser pen from Amazon which has a label claiming 505 nm wavelength and <0.39 mW on the label. Product verified by other customers to be 250 mW. Getting a slight headache from usage, very likely could cause permanent damage if I had misused it. I having some knowledge of laser emitter safety never pointed it directly into my eye but rather onto matte surfaces, especially black or dark colored ones. This device is dangerous and is misclassified. Amazon is littered with these laser pens with absolutely incorrect labeling.
