The product, in the report: Child’s tablet called Sprout Cubby it is green and white and 7 inches.

My daughter’s Sprout Cubby tablet was plugged in and being charged in our kitchen. It had been charging for no longer than an hour and a half when it caught on fire. My husband and I heard what sounded like air being deflated and jumped up only to see a giant flame coming from the bottom of the tablet. There was very little damage because my husband grabbed it and threw it outside in the yard right away but there was melted plastic on the counter top and a piece of mail got burned as well. When I contacted the company to explain what happened I felt that there was very little empathy to our situation. All they kept saying was that they could send us a replacement which I made clear I did not want. When I asked to at least get my money back she explained I needed to get it from the retailer which was Walmart.
