The product, in the report: Polaroid Tablet 7500

I’ve gotten a Polaroid Tablet, the screen stopped work after the 3rd time using it, I called the support number and never got help, I had to find the Direct number online to get help. they had me send the tablet in to get fixed. Took them over 6 months to get a new tablet back to me, then about a month or two later just after Halloween, the Adapter got really hot and caught fire, I caught it just after it started. Then when I tried to start the tablet it would no longer turn on, when I called them to complain and tell them what happened, I was told to put in a support ticket on line, and then was called 3 months later just so they can tell me that they replaced one faulty tablet, but they wouldn’t replace it again, that a customer is only helped once. Since then I have not bought anything from Polaroid, and gave away all the Polaroid Items I had, there was approx: 28 items total. Even Many of my friends and family have stop using Polaroid because of the Commonality of their products being faulty.
